The six and a half hour special will run from 7pm to 10pm and 11:30pm to 3am with a 90 minute public affairs break from 10pm to 11:30pm. The annual dose of ZAPPA will be presented by Bob Chamenko with special guests (& Zappa experts) Johnny “the Rod” Curotto & Dave “the Crusher” Kisyk. The massive FZ Special will include music from all aspects of Frank’s career and will feature Zappa interview material as well as frequent readings from various Zappa books. Enlightening and entertaining, the Frank Zappa Memorial Day Meltdown should provide a great start to the holiday weekend. ”Just add water, makes its own sauce!”
