6am: It’s A Hit: Rob Reeves

Rob will be joined by  JB Liguori, musicologist and audiophile who will assist  in presenting music for and by women, mostly in film and stage.
From Sarah Brightman to Rebecca Luker to Meredith Monk, they will all be there!

9 am  Valerie Richardson presents:

Three hours of alternative women’s music from Laurie Anderson  to Bjork to Joanna Newsom, and lots more in between. Val’s guest host will be Meredith Tarr, one of the co-hosts of WNHU’s Wild Woman radio.

12 Noon Women in Jazz:

Malcolm C. Dankner and Rick Petrone present Ella, Billie, Anita O’Day and more.  see WPKN Store

2 pm – approx  The Purple Knights Roadshow: University of Bridgeport Basketball. The U.B. team in the NCAA Div. II Finals from Stonehill College.
