Greg premiers new segment on The Sustainable  Kitchen featuring  interviews  with restaurants that promote, sustainable and  organic menus. This  Thursdays  guest chef and  author is “Selma”  of  Bloodroot.  Bloodroot is   a feminist,vegetarian restaurant  in  Black Rock.

We’re very young when we learn our first money lessons–that it’s unacceptable to ask how much or to tell how much–how much  do you make? how much did that cost?  Why do we have such taboos and secrecy?  What are we protecting?
