Brian Uzzi is the Richard L. Thomas Distinguished Professor of Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Brian has won a number of teaching awards and his work has been published in the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek and The New Yorker magazine. He will be talking about his recent article in the Harvard Business Review, “Make Your Enemies Your Allies.” He has some wonderful ideas and insights for managing your emotional relationships with others.
