12 Noon New Segment- Fran Pastore, President of the Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC)
• Entrepreneurial Training, Financial Education, Professional Development The show will be divided into 15 minute segments. Segment 1: Special topic that will be timely and change monthly. Segment 2 Entrepreneurial Training- each month a topic be it how to develop a business plan, learn marketing etc will be highlighted. Also 6 Guiding Principles- one per month. Segment 3 Financial Education A topic will be discussed and financial experts will be interviewed such as a commercial loan officer. Segment 4 Professional development with the expertise of present and former clients discussing how they developed their business and continue to learn i.e. Client Spotlight Segment 1

4:30 PM: At 4:30 PM, Valerie will be speaking to Suzanne Kachmar, Program Director of Bridgeport’s City Lights Gallery, about their current exhibition “Make ART Not WAR,” and about their upcoming poetry reading on October 9.
At about 5:30, Helen Kauder, Director of New Haven’s Artspace will be talking about the fifteenth annual City Wide Open Studios, opening on October 5 and taking place the first three weekends of October.
