Actress Misty Rowe, Joy Franz & Comic Legend Steve Rossi talk about Sally Rand and their show  “Fandance, The Legend of Sally Rand”  at the Downtown Cabaret Theater through April 25.  Misty Rowe has a long career in TV and movies. She was a star on Hee Haw, Happy Days and scores of TV, film and stage productions   http://mistyrowe.com/ Steve Rossi   Comic of note having worked with Mae West, Marty Allen, Slappy White and at one point was Howard Sterns manager. Steve Rossi was part of a comedy duo with Marty Allen in the ’60s and ’70s. They played Vegas, appeared on game shows and made many appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show.  Joy Franz is best known for her work within the theatre. She notably portrayed the role of Susan in the original 1972 West End production of Stephen Sondheim’s Company and the role of Cinderella’s Stepmother in the original 1987 Broadway production of Sondheim’s Into the Woods.  She was also one of the Street Singers in the world premiere of Leonard Bernstein’s Mass at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on September 8, 1971. She currently portrays the role of the Mother in My Damn Channel’s television series Horrible People.
