- Peter Kornbluh, co-author with William LeoGrande of the just published book, “Back Channel To Cuba: The Hidden History of Negotiations Between Washington & Havana,” talks about the covert relations between the U.S. and Cuba during the last 50 years of the economic embargo, and current signs that a breakthrough to normalize relations between the two longtime enemies could be at hand.
